Riverside's Diabetes Prevention Program will help you determine your risk for this disease and provide the support and guidance needed to avoid it.
This program is designed for people with any of the following:

For only $40, participants receive:
- Diabetes/Pre-Diabetes Screening - Includes a Hemoglobin A1c Screening (a three-month look at your glucose levels), body mass index and waist circumference
- Nutrition and exercise guidances
- Consultation with a Diabetes Educator to help you set goals and chart progress
- Follow-up session with a Diabetes Educator to reassess goals and to stay motivated
