Memorials and Tributes
You may commemorate the life of a special person who has touched your life by making a gift to Riverside HealthCare Foundation. Such a gift may be made to memorialize a friend or family member who spent time with us. Or you may choose to express appreciation to a staff member or nurse who took special care of a loved one during their stay by making a gift in their honor. Tribute gifts can also honor individuals celebrating birthdays, anniversaries or other special occasions or accomplishments.
Riverside will acknowledge your gift by sending a note to the family or person in whose name the gift was made. The amount of your gift will not be mentioned; a separate receipt will be sent to you.
