The Riverside HealthCare Foundation is now offering you a way to recognize the outstanding members of our health care team through the "Grateful Patient" program. As a grateful patient, you can honor those who provided extraordinary service, dedication and care for you or your loved ones.

Your gift will not only touch the life of the person you choose to honor, but may also save the lives of people whom you may never know who rely on Riverside Medical Center. The individuals you choose to recognize through words and or a financial gift will receive a small token of appreciation as well.
