36th Annual Riverside Pro-Am Golf Tournament
Participants who respond by April 19, 2013 will be entered in the "Early Bird" drawing.
Friday, June 7, 2013 - Kankakee Country Club
Please join us at Riverside HealthCare Foundation's Annual Pro-Am Golf Tournament which will be held on Friday, June 7, 2013 at the Kankakee Country Club. This event will include 18 holes of golf, a tee gift, brunch, and 19th Hole Reception for two for each participant. All golfers register as individuals and are then placed on a team that includes an Illinois PGA professional. As in the past, sponsors will be recognized during the event and with signage on the golf course.
Registration is available both online or via mail by downloading our printable invitation and registration form.
Proceeds will benefit the expansion of radiation therapy services at the Betty Burch Bridgewater Center for Radiation Therapy.
Sponsorship Levels
You can participate in the Riverside Pro-Am Golf Tournament as a sponsor and/or as a participant. You can choose to participate by golfing in the day's event and or choosing from one of our 6 sponsorship levels.

Team Placement and Awards
You team placement will be determined by a handicap-draw prior to the tournament. Prizes will be presented for the top finishers based on the two-best-ball of the five-somes at full handicap.

Fair Market Value - The Riverside HealthCare Foundation is a non-profit corporation as described under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the Riverside HealthCare Foundation qualify as tax deductions under appropriate tax laws. Since the IRS considers benefits given in recognition of a charitable gift as a reduction in the value of the gift, only a portion of your registration fee and/or sponsorship to the Riverside Pro-Am Golf Tournament is tax deductible. The fairmarket value is $200 per participant.
