We treat a wide range of wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers, pressure sores, surgical wounds, arterial and venous ulcers, burns, radiation injuries, and non-healing wounds that have persisted for more than 30 days.

In most cases, no referral is needed. However, some insurance plans may require one for specialized treatments, so it’s best to check with your provider or call our office for guidance.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive evaluation by our wound care team. We’ll review your medical history, examine your wound, and may order tests like blood work or imaging to better understand your needs.

Treatment frequency depends on your wound and its severity. Many patients come once a week, while others may require more or fewer visits. Your care plan will be customized for you.

Most chronic wounds require multiple visits to fully heal. We focus on consistent, evidence-based care to improve healing over time and prevent complications.

Patients living with stomas often have questions and need guidance as their body heals and changes after surgery.  The trained staff within the ostomy clinic are available to consult and help identify the appropriate products and create the best fit for an individual to maintain independence with their ostomy.

Please bring:

• A list of current medications
• Any relevant medical records or wound care instructions
• Insurance card and photo ID
• Comfortable clothing (we may need access to your wound site)

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
