Chad Langellier is a father, husband and firefighter in his late 30's from St. Anne. Despite a family history of heart disease, Chad did not show signs of having cardiac health concerns. However, on a beautiful fall day in 2011, at his daughter Grace's soccer practice, Chad suffered a heart attack. As a firefighter, he had been on scene and helped treat thousands of heart attack victims. On this fateful day, Chad was on the receiving end as he was rushed to Riverside Medical Center's emergency room for treatment.
Just a few short months later, Chad has resumed his normal activities with family, friends and his demanding career.
