About Me
Dr. Beri is a heart rhythm doctor in Kankakee who focuses on atrial fibrillation ablation, catheter ablation and care for heart rhythm disorders. He helps patients understand treatment choices and make informed decisions about their care.
Medicine has always felt close to home for me because my grandfather and both of my parents were physicians. I chose cardiac electrophysiology because heart rhythm care is complex, fascinating and can improve quality of life for people with rhythm disorders. My philosophy of care is centered around the patient. I want patients to understand the choices available and feel supported as they make decisions about treatment. Clear explanations matter, especially when care involves procedures or long-term rhythm management. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, completed an internal medicine residency at Michigan State University, a cardiovascular medicine fellowship at Loma Linda University and a clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles. My clinical focus includes atrial fibrillation ablation, catheter ablation and care for heart rhythm disorders.
