Miranda Sirvinskas, FNP-C, is an internal medicine provider in Bourbonnais who cares for adults, with focus on chronic disease prevention and management.
I chose nursing because I enjoy helping people and have always loved anatomy, physiology and science. My ICU nursing background showed me what can happen when chronic illness becomes complex, and it shaped how I think about internal medicine. My care includes adult internal medicine, diabetes, high blood pressure and lifestyle changes that support disease prevention. I try to make prevention feel practical, especially for adults balancing work, family and long-term health goals. Education is a big part of that, because patients need to know how to care for themselves.
