Medical Equipment

For some sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, medical equipment provides the best method for treatment.  Equipment most commonally recommended to treat sleep disorders include the use of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or a related therapy called bilevel positive airway pressure (BiPAP).  Riverside offers a variety of equipment options and can help you techniques to improve your success in using them.

Alternative Treatment Options

Aside from traditional therapies, many alternatives can effectively treat sleep disorders. These may include modifications in your sleep habits and using alternative medications.

Surgery & Medications

Certain sleep disorders may be best treated with minimally invasive surgical interventions or medications. In many cases, these are not the first choice, but may become necessary in the event of failure of other treatments.
