Programs tailored to meet individual needs.
For over 25 years, the Riverside Resolve Center has provided quality treatment services for people with alcohol and other substance abuse issues. Our program is designed to meet the personal needs of each patient with treatment plans tailored to each individual situation.
The Riverside Resolve Center offers a continuum of treatment services and programs for adults and youths (ages 12 to 18) who are experiencing difficulties in their lives due to alcohol and/or drug use. Our professionally trained staff provides each client with an evaluation of their condition, along with a recommendation for a treatment plan and for the level of care that is most appropriate to meet his/her needs.
Treatment recommendations are made in accordance with the standards developed by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
As a department of Riverside Medical Center's Behavioral Health Unit, the Riverside Resolve Center is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The Riverside Resolve Center programs and facilities are licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (DASA).
Reimbursement for Treatment
The Resolve Center is proud that reimbursement for services and programs is not a stumbling block to providing treatment. The Resolve Center offers treatment and referral services to special populations, including pregnant women, IV drug users, and HIV/AIDS patients as outlined by Federal and State guidelines.
Our DASA contract allows us to accept the Illinios Department of Healthcare and Family Services medical insurance (Medicaid) and provides funding for patients at all levels of care that meet DASA income eligibility requirements. The Riverside Resolve Center accepts private insurance for all levels of care and also provides a sliding fee scale for patients that self-pay for treatment services.
