About Me
Julie Richardson, NP, is a family medicine provider in Frankfort who cares for children and adults, with focus on wellness, root-cause care and patient partnership.
I pursued nursing because I came from a family of healthcare providers and liked the idea of helping people through different walks of life. Family medicine gives me the variety of caring for patients of different ages and getting to know them over time. I try to help people get to the root of the problem and work together on what can help them be well. "Wellness really starts with small steps." I earned my Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Olivet Nazarene University and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University School of Nursing. My care includes family medicine for children and adults, wellness conversations, prevention and practical guidance that supports better health over time. I want patients to feel that we are working together, one realistic step at a time. I also value listening closely so care can match the person, not just the symptom.
