About Me
Miranda Sirvinskas, FNP-C, is an internal medicine provider in Bourbonnais who cares for adults, with focus on chronic disease prevention and management.
I chose nursing because I enjoy helping people and have always loved anatomy, physiology and science. My ICU nursing background showed me what can happen when chronic illness becomes complex, and it shaped how I think about internal medicine. I want to help patients stay well and avoid preventable hospital stays. "My patients feel cared for." That is a good day to me: questions answered and patients leaving better than they came in. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois, and am certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. My care includes adult internal medicine, diabetes, high blood pressure and lifestyle changes that support disease prevention. I try to make prevention feel practical, especially for adults balancing work, family and long-term health goals. Education is a big part of that, because patients need to know how to care for themselves.
