About Me

Dr. Robinson is a family medicine doctor in Coal City who cares for children and adults, with a public health background and focus on evidence-based care.

I have always loved science, and medicine gave me a way to combine that with human connection. Family medicine is where I believe I can do the most good because it lets me care for people in the context of their lives. I try to listen to what patients say and what may not be said yet. "The patient really knows a lot about themselves." I earned my Doctor of Medicine from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and my Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Public Health. I completed family medicine residency training at the University of Illinois Chicago and am board certified in family medicine. My work includes family medicine for children and adults. I want each visit to connect medical evidence with the person’s story, goals and daily realities.

Dr. Robinson is amazing! I think it is ridiculous for any provider to have to see 34+ patients a day and have to use AI for clinical notes ! I've noticed that mine were incorrect ! Step it up, Riverside it is not fair to your doctors or your patient ! But Dr. Robinson herself, A+ .
