About Me
Dr. Moore is a cancer doctor at Riverside Healthcare who cares for adults with oncology needs. His care focuses on clear explanations, treatment options and helping patients feel informed before cancer treatment begins.
I have wanted to be a doctor since childhood, and family experiences with breast cancer and prostate cancer shaped my choice to become a cancer doctor. Seeing the compassion my family received helped define how I want patients to feel in my care. My goal is simple: “I want the patient to be as comfortable as possible.” I explain the diagnosis, pathology, staging, treatment options and side effects so patients can make informed decisions. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine and a Master of Science in Physiology from North Carolina State University. I completed fellowship training in hematology and oncology at Loyola University Medical Center and in bone marrow transplant and cell therapy at Stanford University School of Medicine. I am board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. My clinical focus includes oncology and cancer treatment planning for adults.
