I always get nervous when I go to the doctor. She was very calm and that helped me to stay calm. She listened and didn't try to talk over me. She explained things very plainly, which for me, was perfect. I will absolutely be coming to this immediate care from now on!

Rosa was super nice and upfront about my laryngitis- that I was doing everything I should be doing. Suggesting I do a covid/flu test was a good idea even though I really didn't think I had either- it came back positive. I would have felt terrible if I went to my family's xmas and got anyone sick! Very thankful she tested me!
