About Me
A Message from Snigdha Kalidindi, MD:
I chose sports medicine because “the main focus is function and movement” for everybody. I love helping people who are active—whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone who just wants to move without pain. Sports medicine is hands-on and collaborative, and our goal is to get you back to the things you enjoy. When a patient returns and says, “My pain is better. I can go back to playing,” that’s the best part of my job. Then I’ll remind you, “I did my part—now it’s your part to do the rehab,” so we can prevent the injury from coming back. I completed a family medicine residency at MCW-Prevea and a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Resurrection.
