New Bourbonnais location open 7 days a week and offers Immediate Care and WorkForce Health services

Riverside Healthcare is excited to announce that the new Immediate Care location in Bourbonnais is now open. Located on the first floor of the Orthopedic & Spine Center, at 100 Riverside Drive, the space offers both Immediate Care and Occupational/WorkForce Health services.  

"We're that one-stop shop when patients cannot get into their primary care provider or specialist office. We have availability for walk-in appointments and we also have the ability to book appointments online," said Akash Rana, Director of Immediate Care and WorkForce Health. "We see patients for all your common illnesses and injuries. When it comes to WorkForce Health, we can take care of pre-employment physicals, drug screens and on the job injuries and much more."

Riverside Immediate Care treats allergies, mild asthma attacks, minor burns, cold and flu, minor cuts and wound closure, earaches, fever, pink eye, rashes, sore throat, sprains and strains, urinary tract infections, and more. It also offers school and sports physicals, radiology services, testing (strep, flu, UTI, mono, and COVID), and WorkForce Health which includes DOT physicals, post-offer physicals, injuries, drug screens, breath and alcohol testing, and more.

The Bourbonnais space holds three exam rooms and offers molecular testing for COVID-19, flu, RSV, and strep. There is also an X-ray machine on site. 

Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Appointments can be made ahead by calling (779) 701-2630 or scheduling on myRiverside MyChart. Walk-in appointments are also available. 

Additional Riverside Immediate Care locations are in Bradley, Coal City, Kankakee, and Watseka. WorkForce Health locations are in Bradley, Coal City, and Watseka.
