Survey Solution 2018 Award Medal for Workplace of the Year

Riverside Healthcare has received the Survey Solutions 2018 Workplace of the Year Award. The annual award recognizes hospitals and health systems that have achieved the highest levels of employee engagement with below average levels of employee disengagement from the Survey Solutions national database, a Press Ganey acquisition.

Riverside Healthcare is one of 45 hospitals and health systems to receive the award which honors exceptional performance in workforce engagement and cultural drive for safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and places Riverside in the top 5% nationwide.
"This award represents Riverside's commitment to providing the highest level of patient care by recognizing the need to understand and improve employee engagement," said Becky Hinrichs, Vice President of Human Resources at Riverside. "Engaging employees to actively participate in the workplace experience improves employee outcomes and in turn does the same for the patients and communities we serve."
