About Me
Beginning March 13, 2026, Dr. Fisher will offer his services at the Riverside Healthcare Frankfort Campus on the second Tuesday of each month, in addition to his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Specialists office in Bourbonnais.
A Message from Dr. Alec Fisher:
My path to plastic surgery began when I worked alongside both neurosurgeons and plastic surgeons on a complex case. The “artfulness” and whole-patient approach of plastic surgery resonated deeply with me, shaping the way I care for my patients today. I see each treatment as a journey we take together—step by step, from preparation through recovery—much like being there for pre-boarding, takeoff, the flight, and the landing. I’m especially passionate about microsurgery, which uses a patient’s own tissue to restore complex wounds that can’t heal by standard methods. After earning my medical degree from Dartmouth and completing my integrated plastic surgery residency at Cooper University Hospital, I’m excited to bring advanced techniques and compassionate care to the Riverside community. My goal is to combine leading-edge expertise with a personal touch, helping you take the next step toward healing and confidence.
