NP rushed through the appointment. Talking fast I couldn't catch her name when she introduced herself. Then hurried out the door after a very quick exam.
She was fantastic!!!! She even wrote what each medicine was next to the medical term for it on my after care summary so I would be able to understand what it was that I was being given. (ex- for "albuterol" she wrote Inhaler next to It.) She explained each medicine and how it would help me. Best visit I have ever had because every person I came in contact with was extremely nice and wanted to help me!

I greatly appreciate care providers who take the time to explain the diagnosis instead of just writing a prescription and sending you on your way. They did an excellent job here.

I wish I could remember her name but she is the best care giver we've ever seen! Honestly, so knowledgeable and I don't know I loved her! My toddler also said she was SO cool and coming from her that huge lol but yea, loved the way she explained things and even went above and beyond to make sure what she thought was going on was!

Dr. Chanel has been the only Dr that right away recommended a different OTC med before using an antibiotic which I truly appreciate. I hope she stays there!

Chanel was amazing and so delightful. She was thorough and compassionate after what I can only assume was a very long and busy day. We were the last patient seen for the day, and she did not rush our visit at all. She was very engaging and informative about medications and follow up if symptoms did not resolve after antibiotic course. You are lucky to have her representing your organization.
