Good
Very caring
Wasn't tested for anything. I did complain of chest pain and my report says I didn't. I was pushed though so they didn't get back up with to many people.
Provider was rude, cut me off when asking questions, also said my antibiotics from my last visit in august for similar issues were never documented, I asked the provider to perform the rapid test for MONO and I was told no. Very frustrating. I will take the day off tomorrow and return to get my daughter tested hopefully by her primary care. What a complete waste. You can tell she was just ready to go home.
My children were brought in while I still registered and were fully examined before I could even get into the room. I explained that by state law I was told to come in and get all of us on antibiotics for whooping cough as I have a positive case in my home. I was told I was fine and should just quit smoking to help with my cough. Also was told both my daughters had ear infections, which I was not in the room while they were examined, and that they would get antibiotics for that. I then explained that I need a note stating they would be on antibiotics for the whooping cough so they could return to school after completing these antibiotics and was give a note that just said they were seen and can return to school. I was in contact with the health department which referred me here for the course of treatment, again to follow state law and left with no antibiotic for myself and luckily the antibiotics given to my children would cover the Whooping cough, but nothing stating that they had received them and could return to school after 5 days. Felt like I was not listened to and dismissed like I was nothing but a burden.
She was in and out of the room in about 2 minutes
Great visit!
Very helpful and polite!!
Seems anxious to get me out. Said I hadn't had symptoms long enough to treat.
The provider did not greet me upon entering the exam room. She asked minimal questions regarding my pain and ailment. She came in and told me what she was prescribing me medication for. She did not ask me if I had any questions or tell me the name of the medication she was putting me on. I was not given an opportunity to speak until she was half way out of the door. I was trying to interject and give her more information regarding my concerns and how I wanted to proceed. It was not until after I presented some of my concerns that she offered to give me a strep test, but I had not even mentioned wanting a strep test when I was speaking to her about my concerns. She performed a strep test on me, but she was very rushed and harsh while swabbing my throat and barely gave me enough notice to open my mouth. When my strep test results came back she did not even come all the way back into the room before telling me I was negative and rushing me out. I still had questions and concerns and it was clear to me that she had not fully read my chart because she did not even know this was my first visit at a Riverside clinic. Additionally, the nurse who did my initial questioning and exam was helping teach someone what to do, which I understand is normal, but I do feel some things were glossed over and I was not able to fully explain things or have time to talk.
