I was included in all the decisions regarding my treatment. Interactions with other medicines were of a primary concern to the NP. I was very happy with the service. My primary physician located at the Herscher office had cancelled my previous appointment and was unable to get me into their clinic in a timely manner. I felt very relieved that I was able to be seen by the Immediate care.

Provider was confused when she walked in the room thought I was the patient with a bug bite not a hurt foot. Towards the end of my appointment the fire alarms started going off. The provider told me those are the fire alarms sounding and we have to leave the building. She opened the door to the exam room and took off. I had no idea where I was supposed to be going or what to do as I am limping slowly with a hurt foot down the hallway and not one person made sure I got out of the building safely or even acknowledged my existence. The entire immediate care staff was running around hollering at each other and not one person seemed to know what was going on or what they should be doing.
