The care I received was exceptional from start to finish. Jessica was compassionate, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed. The entire urgent care staff was friendly and professional. I'm so grateful for the excellent treatment and would highly recommend this provider to anyone needing urgent care.

It's better than no treatment but the NP needs to listen to the answer to the question she asks and not reply with the next text book question.

I felt rushed by the NP, even though there was no one in waiting room. She also "told" me they only have five days to treat Covid. I had no idea I may have had Covid, I thought it was a cold.
