Lori Williams is always eager to listen to my concerns about changes in my medical condition. She is helpful with recommendations for specialists and gets the ball rolling on getting me connected for an appointment right away She has uncanny skill with typing notes in my chart live while I'm telling her my symptoms and concerns. She is able to update my chart and listen intently live on the spot. None of my other doctors do that without an assistant present to do the typing! Most doctors dictate their notes sometime after my visit. Lori's method is more effective because she reports the full picture with all the details as they happen with no chance of forgetting. Lori is also reliable for a quick response to messages I send on MyChart. I appreciate having her as my Primary Care provider because I can depend on her for the best quality of care.
