I’ve always been drawn to helping people, and nursing felt like the right path because it allows me to care for patients during important, often stressful moments. As an interventional radiologist, I have the opportunity to meet patients at many different points in their care and use minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions. My philosophy of care is rooted in one simple belief: “every patient has their own story.” While conditions may look similar on imaging, each person comes in with unique concerns, experiences, and goals. That’s why I take time to listen and understand what brought you in on that day. I believe it’s important for patients to feel heard, informed, and comfortable with their care plan. I’ll explain your procedure clearly, answer your questions honestly, and work closely with your care team to support the best possible outcome.
