Dr. Matthews listens very well.
Dr. Niby Mathew is intelligent, efficient, sensible. She is a good listener and is willing to discuss my health concerns. She doesn't rush in and out of the room or give my issues short shrift. I find that time limits set by medical practices for the physician/patient conversation - 15 or 20 minutes- are ridiculous and not good for patients. Patients need time for info and discussion despite what some business man in an office thinks.
Dr. Niby Mathew is an OUTSTANDING doctor. Her bedside/patient care manners are IMPECCABLE!! Would NOT TRADE HER FOR NO OTHER DOCTOR!!

I appreciated Dr. Matthew's conservative treatment approach. We planned it together. Because I already have a workout and strength training routine she took it all into consideration and we are moving forward.

Was given the same treatment plan as before that I mentioned did not work. It seems like the severity of my pain did not matter. The doctor knew I went to the ER twice in a 10 hour span but I was still told the same thing she said before. I told her PT did not help and wanted to try something else or go on to the next step, which I was told there was a "next step" when I saw another doctor as this facility. When I asked about what to do next she just went back to square one with stretching and light exercises, which if PT didn't work I don't know how that would.

I cannot explain adequately in words what a great experience I had with Dr Niby! She clearly cared for my well-being and spent a lot of time talking with me and making a plan with me about my future health goals . As a 63 year old, this attention to detail was amazing! I have already recommended her to friends! I am very grateful for a wonderful physician, not only highly educated and knowledgeable, but are also caring and take the time to really listen!

Doctor Mathew truly is the first doctor I feel heard me, and helped me with what is going on in my life right now. I needed her guidance with my on the job injury, and she didn't rush me to leave, yet helped me ease my worries, stress, and concerns on moving forward. I for the first time in along time was able to sleep with alot less stress. She is truly an angel sent from heaven!

While not my first visit at your clinic, this was my first visit with Dr Mathew. In short she gets an A++. Her preventative approach to medicine and healthcare is so aligned with my own. She made several recommendations; 3 I can and will implement immediately. The other 2 we agreed that I would do my own research, think about it, and get back to her soon. I love her approach and am grateful to have her as my Primary Doctor

I had an 11:00 appointment, her last of the day. I waited in the exam room for 55 minutes. I knew the Doctor was delayed as I could hear the muffled conversation the prior patient was having with Dr. Mathew. She apologised profusely for the long delay and said she was not going to rush me. She gave me the same courtisy to explain my issue as she did with the prior patient. She really was outstanding! Very warm, friendly and explained everything so well. I hope she stays with the practice!
Dr. Niby Mathew always provides a very mindful, caring, and supportive environment exampled through my visits. The very embodiment of what a physician should be, without ever rushing through any details and always seemingly very aware of all prior discussions in previous visits.

Dr. Mathew is a very good doctor, she listens to my anxieties, worries, and concerns about anything under the sun and is very thorough with telling me what to do exactly and how to do it correctly so I don't have any issues. She is also very kind.
