She gave insight and examples and gave hope. By the end of the visit, I was much calmer, didn't feel as nervous, and felt comfortable talking to her.

Being a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised at the kindness shown to me. First thing I did after leaving was to call the person who recommended the office to tell them thanks.
Per usual, Tracey was thorough, gentle, and so caring. If she is rushed behind the scenes, she doesn't let that show. She sits down and listens and engages in conversation. I never feel like I'm bothering her to bring up an issue unrelated to the reason for the visit. Finding her as a primary care provider has completely changed how I feel about preventative care and seeking care when I'm sick.
