A Message from Dr. Zain Talukdar, MD:

I knew I wanted to be a doctor when I was 12 years old. As the child of immigrants and someone who grew up facing many of the same challenges my patients experience, I learned early that kindness, understanding, and support can make a real difference. After earning my medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and completing my pediatric residency at the University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital, I chose pediatrics because caring for children means caring for entire families.

I know that parents are often tired, worried, and simply looking for someone they can trust. I believe the saying, “It takes a village to raise a child,” and I’m honored to be part of that village. Every family deserves compassionate, high-quality care, regardless of their background or circumstances. Whether you have a newborn, a growing child, or a teen, I’m here to listen, answer your questions, and help your family stay healthy every step of the way.
