If you’ve been hospitalized with Covid-19 and continue to suffer from symptoms like shortness of breath or cough, our Outpatient Pulmonary Rehab program can help you recover. Our program is geared towards rehabilitating adults with respiratory impairment after battling COVID-19 and can help you control and alleviate the after-effects you may be struggling with.

Each session of our 6-week program includes one hour of exercise therapy and education. Our goal is to complete 12 sessions, and your training will focus on improving breathing, strengthening the heart and lungs, improving endurance, and strengthening the body to where it was before COVID-19.
