About this event
As you prepare for your baby’s arrival, there’s a lot to learn. The Baby Care Basics class is open to everyone—including new parents, grandparents, siblings (ages 13+), babysitters, and other caregivers. This class is designed to help you and your support team feel confident and prepared with the essentials of newborn care.What you'll learn in this class:
- Bathing
- Diapering
- Swaddling
- Safe Sleep
- Car Seat Safety
- And more!
Cost: Free
Format: Interactive, hands-on learning with practice opportunities
When to attend: Best taken in the early 3rd trimester
What to bring to class: A notebook or phone for taking notes, any specific questions you'd like to ask, and wear comfortable clothing for participating in hands-on activities.
