When you sign up for text messages from Riverside Healthcare, you are agreeing to receive messages related to your care, including visit updates, MyChart account notifications, one-time passcodes, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management messages.
To opt out: Text STOP to the short code you received messages from. You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further messages from that code. To re-enroll, sign up through MyChart or text HELP to the short code.
