KANKAKEE, IL (November 13, 2018) - Riverside Healthcare is pleased to welcome Clinical Psychologist, Melissa Rosenow, PsyD. Dr. Rosenow is now seeing patients at Psychiatric Specialists, located at 400 N. Wall Street, Suite B402 in Kankakee.

Dr. Rosenow began her education in the honor's college at Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, IN with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Biology. She then earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (emphasis in Family Psychology) from Azusa Pacific University in the Los Angeles, CA area, graduating with highest honors.




Dr. Rosenow has trained at community counseling centers, substance abuse treatment centers, and hospitals including neuropsychological assessment training at UCLA. She completed her postdoctoral residency at Riverside Medical Center.

Dr. Rosenow specializes in psychological and cognitive assessments. She conducts comprehensive and individualized psychological testing to provide diagnostic clarification and to assist with treatment planning.
