Riverside Healthcare is pleased to welcome nurse practitioner, Shambre Chambers, FNP-C. Chambers will be seeing patients at Riverside Immediate Care in Gilman, located at 720-B S. Crescent Street in Gilman, IL.

Chambers received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bradley University in Peoria, IL and completed her Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner at Olivet Nazarene University located in Bourbonnais, IL. Chambers is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has training as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner.




For immediate care on a walk-in basis, Riverside provides treatment for minor injuries including colds and flu, earaches, rashes, sore throats, physicals, sprains and more. Open seven days a week with extended hours, seeing patients 18 months and older.




Riverside Immediate Care in Gilman will be open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
