Weigh to Healthy Living Program
Program Overview
The Weigh to Healthy Living Program is a 6-month intensive weight management program designed to engage patients in healthy lifestyle changes that lead to improvements in overall health, with weight loss used as a measure but not a determinant of a successful outcome. Our specialized healthcare team of American Board of Obesity Medicine certified physicians, registered dietitians, fitness specialists, and behavioral therapists work together to help patients reach their health and wellness goals.
