What to Expect at Your First Visit
Whether you are new to Riverside or switching providers, your first primary care visit is simple.
Schedule and Prepare
Call your preferred office or book through MyChart. Bring your insurance card, photo ID, a list of current medications, and any medical records from previous providers.
Your Visit
Your provider will review your health history, discuss your concerns, perform an exam, and recommend any screenings or lab work. This is your chance to ask questions and set health goals together.
Your Ongoing Care
Your provider becomes your partner in health — coordinating follow-ups, managing prescriptions, ordering referrals to specialists, and keeping your care on track through MyChart.
