Reduce Your Risk with Cardiac Rehabilitation

Every patient's recovery is different. That's why we build an individualized treatment plan around your specific goals and health needs. Your plan may include:

Exercise Training

Guided exercise sessions designed for your fitness level, with telemetry monitoring to keep you safe while you move.

Education & Risk Management

Learn how to manage risk factors like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, weight, and nutrition to protect your heart long-term.

Emotional Support

Counseling to help reduce stress and anxiety related to heart disease, so your mental health is part of your recovery too.

What's Included in Your Program

  • Exercise counseling and supervised training
  • Telemetry monitoring during exercise sessions
  • Education on heart disease risk factors
  • Guidance on medication management
  • Smoking cessation support
  • Nutrition and weight management counseling
  • Stress and anxiety counseling

Specialized Therapy

Cardiac Therapy for Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD)

Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is a condition where narrowed blood vessels reduce blood flow to the legs and feet. Symptoms can include pain, numbness, and tingling in the calves and thighs — and in some cases, wounds on the legs or feet.

Supervised Exercise Therapy for PAD

If you experience pain in your legs during physical activity that goes away with rest (called intermittent claudication), you may benefit from our Supervised Exercise Therapy (SET) program for PAD.

Our SET/PAD program is designed to improve your ability to walk farther and function better in your daily life. You'll work with our multidisciplinary team, who will monitor your progress and help you manage risk factors — many of which overlap with heart attack and stroke risk.

Referrals & Insurance Coverage

Rehab starts with a referral from your doctor. Once we have it, our team checks your insurance benefits and tells you what to expect before your first session.

Medicare and most private plans cover cardiac rehab when you have a qualifying condition. Coverage and session limits vary by plan.
