Which Program Is Right for You?
Our two programs each focus on a different part of your recovery. Your care team will help you decide which is the right fit, or whether you'd benefit from both.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
Focuses on your heart health. Designed to help you recover from a cardiac event, reduce your risk of future heart problems, and get back to everyday life with confidence.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Focuses on your lung health. Designed to strengthen your breathing, reduce hospital stays, and improve your overall wellness, especially if you've been diagnosed with COPD or another lung condition.
