Elaine Papineau

KANKAKEE, IL (October 23, 2018) - Riverside Healthcare is pleased to welcome certified Wound Care Clinical Nurse Specialist, Elaine Papineau to the Riverside Wound Center. Papineau is now seeing patients at the Riverside Wound Center, located at 401 N. Wall Street, Suite 206 in Kankakee, IL.

Papineau graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Joseph Hospital of Nursing in Joliet, IL and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Governor's State University, located in University Park, IL. She pursued additional wound nurse education and training in Minneapolis, MN from Web Wound, Ostomy and Continence (WOC) Online. Papineau is currently working toward her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) through the University of Illinois College of Nursing in Chicago.

Papineau is a board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a board-certified Wound Care Nurse, Advance Practice by the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Society.




In addition to her education, Papineau is a founding board member of the American College of Wound Healing and Tissue Repair and the Wound Ostomy & Continence Nurses Society.
