Riverside's Interventional Radiology Clinic offers minimally invasive, image-guided procedures as an alternative to traditional surgery. Using advanced imaging technology like ultrasound, CT, and fluoroscopy (real-time X-ray video), our providers treat a range of conditions through tiny incisions — often no bigger than the tip of a pencil. Our clinic is located on the Riverside Medical Center campus at 500 N Wall Street, Suite C100. Your care team here works closely with specialists across Riverside, including our Cancer Institute and Heart & Vascular Institute, so your treatment stays coordinated from start to finish. Interventional Radiology Procedures & Services
Our IR team provides a range of outpatient and inpatient procedures at this clinic, including:
- Dialysis access creation, maintenance, and repair (AV fistula, AV graft, tunneled catheter)
- Nephrostomy tube placement and management
- Thyroid nodule biopsy and evaluation
- Hypertension evaluation and treatment
- Central line and PICC line placement

- Image-guided biopsies (liver, kidney, lung, soft tissue)
