Why the Pro-Am Matters

The Riverside Pro-Am is more than a day on the course. Proceeds from the 2026 event will support the advancement of Behavioral Health services at Riverside Healthcare.

In 2025, the Pro-Am raised $218,000 to help expand access to Behavioral Health care. The 2026 event builds on that momentum through continued community partnership and generosity.

2026 Tournament Format

Morning Flight - Two-Best Ball Tournament Format

In the morning flight, each team consists of three amateur golfers and one golf professional. Team USGA index scores must total between 35 and 60. Teams may include no more than one player with an index score of 10 or less, and no individual index score may exceed 35.

Pros may bring a paid-for team from their club, provided all eligibility criteria are met. All teams are subject to approval by the Kankakee Country Club Golf Professional. Index scores must be provided for all participants. Teams can insert their own substitutions with approved index scores prior to the tournament.

Afternoon Flight - Scramble Tournament Format

The afternoon flight uses scramble scoring and will include both sponsored teams and individual participants placed on teams by the Pro-Am Committee.

Non-sponsored teams will be formed through an index draw prior to the tournament. Players with index scores over 35 will play on scramble teams. Prizes will be presented to the best three scoring teams in each flight.
