Medical Education at Riverside Medical Center

Applicants are selected based on their academic standing, aptitude, ability, communication skills, initiative, leadership, teamwork, adaptability, style, motivation and integrity.

Interview Preferences

Passing scores on USMLE/COMLEX (first attempt for one, second attempt for the other)
Residency applicants must have Step 2 completed by February 1
Graduated within two years (no gaps >2 years for fellowships)
Eligibility for Illinois temporary licensure
Psychiatry candidates: at least four weeks of psychiatry rotation
ECFMG-certified by February 1 for international graduates
